All games are run and refed by the score keepers and a designated referee. Rank is an estimate of a players talent level taking all recorded stats into account with 99 being the best and 65 being the worst.  Rank is not added from game to game it is an overall rating for all stats. This means that someone who plays more games will generally have a higher ranking then someone who plays less games. Rank is determined by taking the z-score of each statistic for the player and adding them all together. Then a number is added to the ranks so that the highest one is a 99 overall.
