All games are run and refed by the score keepers and a designated referee. Rank is an estimate of a players talent level taking all stats into account with 99 being the best and 1 being the worst.  Rank is not added from game to game it is an overall rating for all stats. This means that in game rank is your rank for only that game and is unaffected by any other stats.
